While my neighbor was having tree work done a branch fell and broke the top rail to my fence. I called Steve (the owner) and asked him if he could help me out. He said he would take care of it for me but he was busy. I called several more times and Steve "promised" he would get out and replace that rail for me.
Well its a month later and I just gave up. Nothing worse then a business owner who promises some thing and doesnt keep his word.
I got the piece of fence and replaced it myself.
I would NOT recommend Stefano Fence to my friends or family.
