Rooms: Clean room.
TV and the hair drier weren't working.
Walkability: Conveniently located. Less than 5 minutes walk to the bus stop to go to NY city.

1. I reserved the room with a balcony, thinking it has the river view. However, it has the view of the parking lot, and I had to pay $90 more to switch to a room with the river view. I think the room listing could have been clearer.
2. No free water bottles.
3. Great location.
