      image NEVER AGAIN. I specifically called, not once, but TWICE to make a Verizon Fios payment in person
      and was told, a) that they don't accept personal checks - cash only, and, b) they accept payments and are open. Well, not only did they NOT accept cash, but their internet/system had been down for the last few hours and they weren't accepting payments for Fios...PERIOD. Oh yeah, and it was left off with, "sorry for the inconvenience." Really?

      image Very unpleasant experience, went in to get my phone connect. Some young lady who was working looked so bothered to be there by the look on her face. I asked her if she could help me and she literally got up and walked to the back. I waited a few more minutes and she never returned back. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional, who ignores their customers like that? I called customer care later that day and thankfully they were nice enough to help. (They really went out of their way to delete my review previously so Ill leave this right here again so they can be reminded what an awful experience it was.) thanks.
