      image Jackson Hewitt deserves 5 stars, but our tax professional, Sheryl deserves 10 stars! It was easy to get an appointment that fit in my husband's and mine schedules, there was no wait once my husband arrived. Unfortunately, I was stuck in traffic and was late, but Sheryl was patient and welcoming once I arrived. She even stayed later to complete our taxes. She explained the entire process, and how we can adjust our finances for next year. Taxes are not fun, but Sheryl made this process easy and understandable.
