This company is always on time and is an excellent value they charged $80 from East Brunswick to Newark airport for a stretch limo stocked bottled water, soda and chips which were included.

I have used Alan's Limousine Service on many occasions over the past several years for both business and personal travel. There are lot's of other choices out there but I have always stuck with Alan's for two reasons: They always pick me up on time and get me to the airport at the agreed upon time AND they are always there waiting for me on the return flight, even if my flight has been delayed by several hours. Reliability and dependability are important, but you also get friendly and accommodating. It's a good service that I will continue to use. I have just placed a reservation for an upcoming vacation trip.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! THIEVES! DO NOT USE!
At first they seemed very helpful and friendly. I was talking to Alan 2 months before my wedding. 2 WEEKS before, he was suppose to call me for a deposit and never did. I called every day for over a week which left me panicking. FINALLY, 6 days before my wedding he gets in contact with me and we secure 2 shuttles for my guests and a limo for my wife and I. I put down over half as a deposit. The day of my wedding, he showed up a half a hour early and started to RUSH THE BRIDES. As if preparing for your wedding on your wedding day isn't enough chaos, adding a mean and unprofessional limo driver rushing you is very annoying. The limo was beat up, hardly clean, and run down looking. NOW....THE SHUTTLES. WHILE GUEST WERE BEING TRANSPORTED TO THE CEREMONY, A SHUTTLE GOT PULLED OVER FOR NO REGISTRATION TAGS.The police informed the driver he could no longer drive that shuttle for the night so we were down one shuttle the whole night. They did not try to make up for it by running the one shuttle longer or anything. Alans response to this was "Who cares if they missed the ceremony!" After my wedding Alan tried to DEMAND MORE MONEY FOR HIS HORRIBLE HALF PROVIDED SERVICE. Being very ignorant, rude, and unprofessional to my mother. My mother informed him that we wouldnt be paying any more money and that he should refund us for his embarrassing, half met services. The cops showed up at my hotel room that night due to Alan calling the police. The police were fortunately very nice and thought Alan was crazy for everything and sent us on our way. That week on my honeymoon, ALAN CHARGED MY CARD ANOTHER 400 DOLLARS!!!!!! Never did i agree or authorize that charge. Which left me to dispute the charge with my bank (another headache nobody wants to deal with). All in all, DO NOT USE THIS LIMO SERVICE!

If I could I would seriously consider putting a negative review for this service. I was going to the airport with my family of 3, and used Alan's Limousine company for a ride. First, the cars are horrendously old and crumby. The inside was not pleasant and the surroundings was more like a execution room than a luxurious limo. The driver was also unskilled and made many wrong turns that increased the arrival time to the airport. He was also 30 minutes late to pick us up and this frustrates me. More shocking was the price that this Limo service puts. It is more than 2-3 times that of other limo services I have used that guarantee quality and comfort. From further talking with the driver during the trip, I was sickened to find that the limo drivers highbred don't go through any special training and anyone sane or mentally challenged could go and drive your family around. This is a serious issue and can put the lives of your family in danger. I hope that my time was used with importance and that people who read this will be more fortunate and not take this absurd and trashed car service.
