I used Execucar for a business meeting. Lou was our driver. What a wonderful man. I experienced OUTSTANDING service. He was promptly at my address at 7 am and was waiting patiently for us when the meeting ended at 4 pm. The car was beautiful and clean. I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Execucar. 10 stars!

On par with some of my worst Uber experiences. Driver 35+ min late, was routed from baggage claim to Uber pickup area, customer service was not particularly helpful, the car was frozen in place on the see your ride link.

Called needing a last minute ride. They got me in with no problem. Driver was so nice, asked me if I had a favorite way to get to the airport and I told him just get me there as fast as possible.... and he did!
I will totally call them again and refer them to my family and friends!

Extremely poor service. Requested for meet and greet but no one turn up. Called the hotline only to realize that they assign the driver 15mins after I landed. Driver was late. Wasted 1 hour in the airport waiting. The helpdesk wasnt helpful either. Request to cancel but was informed that they can only refund by filing in online. This will be my last time taking execucar.
My advise, avoid them if possible.
