Had a spring and safely cable on one of my garage doors break.  I left a message with the business and received a call the next day.  They were able to fit me in the following day with a 2 hour window / appointment.  The repair went smooth and they serviced both my doors to function like new again. The price was fair and reasonable. I would recommend using them again.

Jay, from Overheadz did an amazing job! The job called to install 2 garage doors, plus 2 side mount garage door openers along with a keypad and WIFI controllers. I also, wanted the siding replaced on the outside of the house to match the garage doors.
First off, Jay met with me for about 30-60 minutes on 2 different occasions and answers all my questions. He was honest, polite and listened to all my concerns. He came with brochures, described the materials to me as well as setting expectations on delivery and install of the items.
Next was installation. Jay did an outstanding job! He was neat, professional and took his time. He inspected all the parts, [and even sent two items back that were damaged]. The garage doors are perfectly straight and operate so smooth that I do not even hear them close. The tracks are all in line, and the siding on the outside was done perfect. Every nail head was hidden and he even caulked the seams to the siding.
The job lasted two days. He even programmed the keypad, wifi controllers and buttons for each door. He kept me updated every step off the way. Including when he was going to arrive and finish the job.
Overall, if you are looking for someone to the job right, neat, professional and treat it like one of his own Jay is the guy. I highly recommend him!
