I am going to this dry cleaners for 20 years. The people who now run it are a bit confused. Over the years they have given me other peoples items mixed in with my items. This is followed by a panicked call to my house asking me to come back, lol. I'm a good sport so through it all i was still bringing my clothes there. Today I noticed the jacket I was wearing was torn on the bottom by the zipper. I asked the woman if she could sew it for me and she said she was to busy. The joke is there was not another customer is sight. I went to  a real dry cleaners on Summerhill road and they did for me in 30 seconds. Dreadful service to long standing customers.

Picked up designer shirt with stain, twice in a month. Had no stains when I dropped them off. Told the owner, showed him with date stamp on photos it came out of the bag. Had the audacity to call the police on me to verify the stain. Both police officers agreed it was the same stain. Dennis the owner claimed there was nothing wrong with the shirt. The officers then asked him to refund my money, he refused. Terrible service, dishonest business. An hour later, I just received a call telling me if I wanted he'd refund me. No thanks you just lost a long time client. Had the nerve to call the police and lie. Save yourself the headache find a reputable honest cleaner! Two designer shirts in a month. He owes me, $120 for the shirts plus the cost of cleaning he charged me. Disrespectful, rude, incompetent!
