I have been with this office for the last 15 years and I loved the old staff. They were all great and I never had any complaints. New staff came in and it has been a disaster ever since. There is clear miscommunication of company policys among the office staff. The person on the phone says there are cancellation fees if you do not cancel within 24 hours but the supervisor stated you need to cancel before 48 hours of the appointment. I was communicating with someone in the office through text but no one was aware of who was texting me when I spoke to them on the phone. I needed to reschedule one of my childrens appointments and informed the staff within 24 hours of appointment but they were still trying to charge me a cancellation fee so now they lost myself and my three children as customers as a result of it. I hope this office can get it together and get everyone on the same page for future success. The dental hygienist and dentist were great but those who run the office need to go back into training.

Fantastic staff! My entire family comes here. I am a coward at the dentist, they are gentle, patient and undrrstanding. Thanks Dr. Mark, and team!
