I recently purchased a house in New Jersey (August 16, 2021) and I am very pleased with it. The whole process was very easy from start to finish because they knew what to do without me having to tell them (I think this is really important). In particular, I was very grateful from the inspection to the closing that they even asked for the things that a buyer could ask for. Thanks to this, I have more financial freedom than I expected, so I am purchasing various furniture.
Also, the person who answered the phone (I think he was a secretary) was very kind and it was great that he organized things on his own even in situations where there was likely to be confusion. There are many things to take care of when purchasing a house, but it was very convenient and nice to have a lawyer take care of many of them. I would like to work with you again the next time I buy a house.
I don't know if I can use this here, but the request fee seems to be slightly higher than average. However, I was so satisfied with the entire process that if anyone around me asked me to recommend a real estate lawyer, I would recommend them without hesitation. Oh, of course, the language of communication must be English. Dear lawyer, thanks to you, I have been able to purchase a nice house and I am spending happy days these days. Thank you again.
