I have been a member of Picatinny Federal Credit Union since my father signed me up for my first banking account when I turned 18 years old. That was 50 years ago! PFCU has been my bank of choice for decades!
I have several accounts at Picatinny and I could not be happier with the customer service that I receive from ALL the employees at the Denville, NJ branch.
Everyone treats all their customers with respect and such a high level of professionalism.
It is truly my pleasure to have all my banking needs met by such an amazing group of people who take a personal interest in my banking needs.

Unlike many other reviews I have never had an unpleasant experience at this location. I worked with Daniel for a car loan and he was very helpful and punctual. Daniel was informative and helped make my experience easy with a lower than expected interest rate. I would use them again for any other loan I may need as long as they are an option. Thanks again everyone for your help.

The staff at the Denville branch are the nicest bank staff I have ever encountered. Always ready to help with a great attitude. I had a problem with my account and they fixed the problem. I came in mad, but their attitude calmed me down quickly.
So happy to have found a great place for banking.
