This is a best travel agency !!! So professional, and always helpful. Did I mentioned good deals?? :) OMG !! check yourself and call them.
And if something goes wrong ( and believe me - when traveling - it usually does ) they can help you , so you can feel safe.

It was a great pleasure to be served by the Neptun Travel Agency. My case was very complicated and complexed, but thanks to professionalism and commitment of Mrs. Anna it ended positively for me. The service provided by Mrs. Ania is the best of the world! Mrs. Ania, even after making the reservation, was able to call later with information that there were some places with a promotional price. It's hard to imagine better service. Moreover, Mrs. Ania is always nice, smiling, cordial, very polite and equally helpful. There really is no better way to run a business where interaction with the customer is so important. Thank you, Mrs. Ania!

Im the long long time customer of this travel agency. Anna the owner she is nothing but the best at what she does. Any time I had a problem with the airline she alway did everything possible to help me. Never a problem with reservations and she always takes her time to help.
