Well I work there, so I guess you could call me a little prejudiced.
This is a mentally disabled, and/or partially physically disabled adult facility.
They have a center where people are
brought in from Clifton and many different towns surrounding Clifton. Some are bused in by the center. Some are brought in by the people in there homes. They usually stay for a 6 to 7 hour period. There are quite a few Staff there to help them with many different projects, playing games and learning practical skills. Like cooking, cleaning and such.
They're very well taken care of. They go on little trips to the store, etc. And they are all made to feel at home in a structured environment.
This is a good place for special needs people to gather for time away from their homes, and for their family's peace of mind.

Thought it was common sense to end a conversation with your coworker before picking up the phone. Person who answered phone did not even try to stop himself from laughing, very unprofessional
