I went into the ER on 2/18 around 10pm for severe abdominal pain and nausea. The wait was a bit but that was okay because I could tell they were busy. The registration and check-in process was fast and easy with no complications. I was eventually taken back to a room and did blood work, ultra-sound, and a CT scan. I was extremely nervous and the nurses and all the staff were beyond accommodating. They could tell I was in immense pain and were caring and very understanding. They could not figure out the source of my pain which was really the only downside. Besides that, I had a great experience and I want to say thank you to all the staff for taking such good care of me!

All the money Jefferson put into building the hospital/offices up, the least they could have done was improve the ER. The smallest and most cramped waiting room Ive ever seen. The waits are horrendous. Such a waste of time to go there, but South Jersey isnt smart enough to have 24-hr Urgent cares. Urgent cares with bankers hours is the dumbest thing ever. Old Dirty Jersey.

My experience at this hospital was beyond horrendous. I was in hoffific pain, treated like an animal, and sent home feeling worse than when I was admitted. Just say NO To Jefferson/Kennedy ED in Cherry Hill.

Clean hospital!! I ARRIVED 1:30AM I WAS RELESED 5:45AM AFTER FEW TEST. GREAT STAFF.
