      image I reserved my rental at 1600 EST, about an hour before they close. Little did I know they would be overwhelmed Uber drivers returning their cars as well. Unfortunately for me since what I was they called a "private" Hertz customer it took a bit longer than I expected from arrival to payment. About 40 minutes. Even still the lady did her best to get me moving as fast as she could. Good on her but the other people working there (at least 5 others I saw) that day could have gotten up and helped her out. She was doing 3-4 returns and while taking pictures of my rental!
