What a horrible experience dealing with this company, never again. I dont even know where to begin. From start to barely finish, at this point we are extremely frustrated and broken down. Lack of communication from Jermaine.
Our cabinets had been at their warehouse for over 3 months and when its time for installation, our wine cabinets went missing, so therefore, their sub-contractors couldnt finish the work. Jermaine stated it went missing and found it sitting at their warehouse but I honestly think he was just trying to change the narrative of the story and he forgot to order it (I was told by one of their staff that Jermaine ordered it). The wine cabinets, moldings top and bottom and our island back panels still hasnt been finished. Its been 2 weeks now and we had been MORE than patience. Our kitchen is still not completed. This is NOT acceptable, especially paying over 15k for this. Jermaine is well aware of whats going on with our situation since he had been at our house personally. Because of his mishaps, everything got backtracked.
We are renovating and hired our own contractors but they cant do anymore work until the kitchen is completed (see pics). The floors will be installed on the August 2nd and the kitchen is not yet close to done. I tried to connect with the manger but he seems very dismissive and kept interrupting me during our call this morning. This will be our first and LAST time dealing with this company.
** Oh, I would also like to add that they drop off your cabinets at curbside. The cabinets that I paid 15k for and apparently they told my husband that it would be a curbside drop off. I was at EVERY consults with my husband and Jermaine (sales guy) NEVER mentioned, not once, that those cabinets would be dropped off at curbside. Let alone those poor delivery boys (young adults) told us that this happens way too often about customers being upset about this situation.
Update: 7/31/21
The contractors was supposed to be here today at 9:00am. NO SHOW. Jermaine didnt like my honest feedback about him and his company so he threatened me and my husband via phone to take this post down so they can come out and finish. I told him personally that I wouldnt unless the job is done. Per our contract, kitchen installments is two days. Its been well over two weeks and our kitchen is in disarray.

Tom was wonderful. His design was just perfect for my kitchen. They had my installation scheduled within days. There installer Frank and his team had my kitchen and floors completed in 10 days! Great Service!!! Service: Remodeling

Got my kitchen remodeled and had great customer experience. Multiple options and great quality materials. They were in and out and finished the work on time and with good quality work. I will definitely consider them for my future projects.

We had used KOL for our granite counter tops and were very happy with their work. Therefore we went with KOL to remodel our old Bath Room.
We were pleasantly surprised at the professionalism of Jermaine who is shows us around and helped us select the right materials and fixtures.
The work was started br Pablo and group as scheduled and they were professional, knowledgeable. The work was completed in 2 1/2 weeks and we are very happy with our new bathroom. Thank you Jermaine, KOL and Pablo group.
