I went to check out a 2018 Ford Escape that was reasonably priced (especially in this market). The vehicle drove well and was well maintained as a pre-owned. The salesperson Joe Wilson was kind and helpful. He greeted me within a few minutes of looking at the vehicle and made sure I was comfortable with the test drive and the purchasing process. It was a quick and painless process.

As always it was a pleasure having my vehicle serviced at Lucas Ford. The service technician evaluated the condition of my flat tire and advised Liza Atkinson, the Service Advisor that the tire needed to be replaced. In less then an hour, Liza notified me they would switch rims, mount and install my spare tire which matched the other 3 tires on the car and supply me with a new spare. I was driving home Safely once again. I highly recommend the Service Department at Lucas Ford. Take Care and Be Safe!!
