Very rude Indian pharmacist he refused to give me a vaccine shot cause of the appointment and he was not doing anything , no one was there it was only me in that store for the vaccine but he still refused.

Navi is the best in the pharmacy. I’ve never had an issue there. Place is always prompt with my prescriptions and that’s my favorite RiteAid!

I couldn't find a vaccine slot in the nearby Walgreens, so I booked one here. The entire vaccination is less than three minutes. Pretty standard stuff. There was a women (minority) sitting there waiting for a long time for her shot, and she said she couldn't make it on her scheduled time due to family issue. The pharmacist kept telling her to wait and she's been waiting there for over an hour. Many of us offered to let the women go in front of us, but the pharmacist refused. He seemed to enjoy letting her wait and watch her reaction. For god's sake, it only takes three minutes to issue a shot.
My question for the pharmacist in charge is this: Would you treat her differently if she's white? Would you show her more compassion if she's of the same race as you?
Rite Aid has hired the wrong people to work for them. Walgreens and CVS's are the better places to go to if you want to be treated well.

Wonderful wonderful staff in both store and pharmacy! I have been here many times and it blows my mind how rude some people can be and how this staff holds themselves in such a high standard! Customer service can be rough and I admire how well they handle themselves! It’s a wonderful experience for me every time!
