Resurrection is a fabulous thing. 3 year ago my lease of my BMW 550 was expiring. I went back to Bridgewater BMW and had such a bad experience with a salesman that I vowed never to go back again. I ended up leasing a Tesla, which I enjoyed very much. Unfortunately, Tesla eliminated the sunroof option and I decided to go back to the 550, but not lease it from the Bridgwater dealership. Due to the supply chain shortages, unfortunately the Bridgewater dealership was the only one in the area that had a 550. I held my nose and went in. Boy was I surprised with the service I received. The Sales Manager, Billy Hampton, was tremendous. So warm and nice, and he didn’t have the obnoxious salesmanship that you often find in car dealerships. Just a class act. He told me he took over about 6 months ago, and the changes are noticeable. My salesman, Alex, was also knowledgeable and accommodating. All in all it was one of the best car leasing experiences I ever had. BRIDGEWATER BMW has regained my trust. Once again, resurrection is sweet.

I worked with Monika Siedlecka when I brought my car in for maintenance and she made the entire experience quick and painless. She was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful! She went above and beyond to find me a loaner vehicle when I needed one unexpectedly and I will only be taking my cars to BMW of Bridgewater.
