Very sad to see this place go downhill. We celebrated many events here as it is a very convenient location for us. We came for birthdays, teacher tenure, getting a great report card and even would dine Christmas Eve with the family before Church. Over the past years - even before covid this place was showing signs of extinction. They were bought out and many of our favorite menu items disappeared - bruschetta, shrimp cocktail, Tuscany lemon chicken, the dinner roll with the salad and numerous others. The menu used to come as a book - now a laminated sheet! Covid is not to blame as we saw this coming more than 3 years back. Our favorite managers and wait staff have moved on, the furniture is worn, the tables are always open and the food is sub par at best! On our recent visit we were in there just over 2 hours and basically all got burgers!! The staff is doing their best but they can't provide the tasty meals anymore. Very disappointed every time we go as we would love to see it back to its old glory days!!

Our server Rico was amazing. He was busy and by himself but he still managed to take care of us and my meal got burnt and he had it remade, and it didn't touch the table. Ppl need more servers like him.

I am very frustrated ….. Houlihans is one of my favorite restaurants but the serve in the Bridgewater location is horrible had reservations at 6:30 and 45 minutes later have only reserved drinks…. Dinner arrived at the table at 7:45 ….. place needs work …… very very disappointed

Hadn't been here in over 3 years ..used to be good.. went tonight on Saturday night with my son for some appetizers and a beer in the bar..thought it might be crowded but much to my surprise at 6'30 pm only 6 patrons in the bar and restaurant only 25% occupied .. But even with so few customers we were not waited on for almost 15 minutes and the food took 35 minutes to come out after ordering. No excuse for that! We had to rush through our food in 10 minutes since we were going to a movie. Obviously poorly managed and staffed if they can't handle a slow Saturday night! . This will be the next chain to close after Applebee's and Red Crab in Flemington and Ruby Tuesday in Bridgewater.
Update 10/14/21 Even the response is fake! I did reach out 3 days ago to the supposed " Regional Mgr"..NO response from him either! Pathetic!
