This company is the absolute WORST!!! Their employees are lazy and incompetent. When transporting my mother to/from nursing home to a doctors appointment, they were literally sleeping in the waiting room. After the appointment, I left to meet my mom back at the nursing home only to receive a phone call that they tipped over her stretcher, and dropped my mother (half-paralyzed stroke patient) on the ground!!!
Ridiculous!!!

so far to be transported back to rehab. 6.6 miles insane.

I set up appt with them to transport a patient for radiation and they never showed up but charged $170.00 and said that I canceled appt. Then blamed the nursing home. Not a reliable company at all.
