We have been using Pheasant Run for years continued to do so because they do excellent quality work laundering, dry cleaning, and tailoring. Their prices have been rising steadily over the years so we began to consider other cleaners but decided to stay with them. However we have been so turned off over the years by Donna's cold, dismissive, inflexible attitude that we decided to make the switch. Virtually every time my wife and I would point out even the slightest dissatisfaction with their work (and that was rare), Donna would become very defensive and refused to take accountability. A few years back I noticed I was missing a number of shirts and asked Donna to check carefully. She insisted that it was not possible, and was fairly indignant, so I gave up. About a year later I brought in some items for cleaning and she handed me the 8 missing shirts.  She just handed them to me without any apology or acknowledgement that she had not handled the situation well.  All the others who work there are very friendly.
