All veterans be very careful with this company as to renting or employment cause they hired an immigrant without prop paperwork over a veteran with proper paperwork and many years of experience. That not right nor professional and That's very disrespectful to all service men and women that has or still put on that uniform. Just saying this in because we have to watch out for company and people like this. veterans and soldiers lives matter too and they always have.

I would like to take a moment to commend Darrail Sudberry for being a stellar community manager at 117 Vose in South Orange. It is a huge loss that he is no longer managing this building. He was ALWAYS responsive, respectful, and very prompt when addressing any concerns. His communication skills are superb and he never left me in the dark when I had pressing matters that need prompt attention. Thank you, Darrail. I give YOU five stars.

I was on a apartment such for over a year. Then Came across this beauty. I filled out the application and the Property Manager Darrail Sudberry responded write away. He was very business orientated he told me what I had to do and I did it. Also the Super is very sweet he also walked me through i needed as well. Thank You Goldberg Realty for a smooth transition.

Today I had a tour with Darrail Sudberry and he was the absolute best! I arrived 30mins late and he still showed me expectational hospitality. I would definitely recommend him for anyone who is looking for an apartment.
