      image Worst customer service of any bank ive ever dealt with. The reps in this branch seem like they know nothing about what theyre doing. Always sound confused and cant solve simple issues. Everytime they are asked a question they seem lost and ummmm there way to an answer that makes no sense. My grandparents both have accounts there and its always a mission for them to get help. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! AVOID PROVIDENT and specifically this branch.
