My son went here from the beginning when they offered mommy and me classes and he worked his way up. The teachers were very patient and friendly. It wasn’t until the last session I paid for before Covid occurred. They never reached out to me to let me know they wouldn’t be hosting classes. I was never issued a refund and it’s a year later they don’t pick up the phone. They basically took my money when then went into debt. I’m upset because I was told I would get my money back. I understand things happen, but that’s not how your run a business. I was offered to go to another place to finish my classes but when I called to take my son I was told no because the owners were different. In the end I lost money and my son never got to go to to his swim lesson. It’s a way to do business, but the way they went about it I don’t trust them with my money anymore.

I'm trying to understand. Are you open? My son only had two classes left (maybe 3) 1 year ago when Covid hit. When I spoke with Kristen on March 3, 2020 she told me we will reach out when we open back up so that your son can complete his course. I haven't heard from anyone about it being opened, about a refund? I call pretty frequently, no answer. I've been by multiple times and no one is ever there. I wrote the corporate office back in June and never heard back. I'm just shocked by the lack of communication.

Wow where do I start. In February my wife and I handed over $360 for both my boys to enroll in swim classes as an Easter present last year. Then covid happened and everything shut down which is understandable. Since they have opened up no one and I mean NO ONE is ever there when we go at there set hours and doors are locked, The phone number rang and rang before no answer and now it isn't in service, I was reassured by a female older worker that my money was safe and refundable should we change our minds before the classes started but not refundable if they start and quit and they have yet to start and over the summer we taught them to swim ourselves with all our free time with a covid quarantine summer the world had and I just want our money back since the service never happened and no one cares over there that they have our $360 with no services rendered. I think it's time for a better business inquiry as well as reaching out to the local news about the bad business practices going on here! In a time where everyone is strapped and hurting for work and money they want to hold our money hostage and make no contact available to their would be customers. Down right criminal!
