Leak resolved but now noticed hot water is not at temperature prior to repair , as well as, water pressure. However when I contacted customer service they were able to schedule a follow up visit. The tech advised the water temperature set is the company standard and I just needed to sign that I authorized the temperature increase. Both Technicians were professional and pleasant.

These guys are professional and dont mess around. I was well informed about potential damage and work performed with an upfront estimate and no extra cost to diagnose. Bobby fixed my garbage disposal and water pressure issue I was having in literally seconds after dealing with the water pressure issue for weeks! Frank was also very kind and a straight shooter with no hidden agendas. I really loved these guys. I will be using them again. MRaker

I made an appointment online my tech got stuck on another job but I was called every 1/2 hr to be updated. As it got later and it was raining hard I push the appointment to the next day. First thing in the morning Bobby was at my house he went over everything with and walked me through everything he was doing the problem was fixed he cleaned up and left was done in less than an hour. Great experience will recommend.

I contacted Roto-Rooter on a holiday weekend for an emergency sewer line repair.. The service I received was prompt and professional. Everyone I spoke to from the initial call forward was extremely courteous and considerate. When the job was complete the workmen left the area as clean and in good order.
