I was told that someone would be to me within a hour and when I called back they said he was gonna call the guy to come out and call me back and he never did and then I couldn't even get in touch with them no more now I'm waiting for another tow truck for another 2 hours smh never calling them again

Service is terrible, was told I'd have a truck to me within an hour. Called close to two hours to check, told on the way. After being sent to voicemail 2.5 hours later, found another company with available truck.
