I am a Hertz President's Circle member, and I made a reservation online for this location, and tried calling at least 20 times to confirm my home pickup. They never answered and the calls always forwarded to the Hertz main call center after a while. Even the Hertz call center employees were not able to get in touch with this location on the main number or another internal number. When I tried to rent a car from this location today, I noticed that the gas was not full so told the old lady and she said return the car with the same fuel level, then I realized that the contract showed that the fuel level on the car was full so asked the same old lady to correct the contract. Then, the argument started as she did not seem happy about it and she said she has been doing the business in the town for more than 20 years and she would not be able to keep the business if she trick customers. She then tried to check the fuel level after I filled it up at the same gas station then she said she cannot correct as the fuel level is already changed. She did not trust me either as I did not trust her. Then I showed the receipt to her then she changed the contract. Thank god I also took the picture of the dash board and the rental agreement. I also told her that the car seems like a smoking car and she said there is no such thing as a smoking car and I told her that I meant I smell like a smoking car but I took the car anyway because she said there are only two cars available at that time, one is Mini Van and the other one is the SUV that I took. I had no choice because I do not want to drive Mini Van.
