Edit 2: My original review was written almost 2 years ago when I left their office. I updated my review to reflect their current actions and as anyone can see, this office would rather say that I'm the issue instead of using the plethora of negative reviews they have to fix their practice. This office is petty and rude.
Edit: They took almost 2 years to send me a $40 bill and told me that if I dont pay it by March 8th, theyll file a lawsuit against me and be responsible for their legal fees. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere
Over priced, shady practices and rude staff. My child needed 6 baby teeth removed. Dr. Banks' office said that I needed to pay $1000 up front JUST for the medication to make him comfortable nevermind the entire procedure. They also informed me that I could go through my insurance later on for reimbursement. I said that I've never done that before and I was rudely cut off and told that this is how their office does it. Between that and the 3 months it would take to get my kid in, I went to a different doctor. They removed his baby teeth with no issue and I was barely charged anything. Save yourself the worry and go elsewhere

Dr.Kathy Banks and staff were amazing! Dr. Bankss bedside manner is above and beyond the normal duties of a doctor. Shes caring understanding and of course a phenomenal surgeon! Without a doubt the best oral surgeon in Ocean County!!

Shady business practice, stay away! Told that they were in our insurance plan by the office then after the procedure was told they were not and now want 2k. Be ware
