For a person that hates going to the dentist - this office did a great job at cleaning my teeth! Very respectful and honest. I have a return visit to pull out a tooth - will be back for an update.

Veronica who says she is a supervisor is EXTREMELY unprofessional. She immediately answered the phone and hung up. I called back and she says we cant help you very disgustingly as I proceed to tell her I would like to change dentist, I ask if she can send my records, her response come get them yourself and hangs up. I call back and she then has me on speaker phone for everyone to hear. Afterwards, however a kind manager got on the phone and was able to help me perfectly fine. (Which is why I gave 2 stars). I will be reporting this to a higher level because the actions by Veronica are UNACCEPTABLE especially for someone in Supervisor position.
