Dan Stamelo and his team rock. I was not happy with my car and Dan went out of his way to find a car that suites my needs. I didn't even feel like I was being a pain.
His effort was much appreciated. Five Stars!

Very courteous and helpful staff. Positive experience renting from them. Their pickup and drop-off service from locations nearby helps very much. They provided me with a good car, upgraded for availability and ease of transitioning the contract from insurance to personal rental keeping the same car.

The worst ever experience for renting a vehicle. Manager Dan is disrepectful providing service. The vehicle they try to rent me Wolkswagen SUV, had a mechanical issue or was damaged. The drives side door and the rear drives passenger door were not closing. Those doors have to be really slamed harder and also then after, I have to make sure that if the door is really closed or not!! This shows Enterprise DO NOT HAVE any concern about customers safety. We refused that vehicle and there was another vehicle he had, but do not wanted to rent that vehicle to us. He was asking extra for that. Over the phone he said he would take care of us but he did not. He is not communicating properly, we were in the office and he drove off some where ,without informing us what is going on or why he has left the office and the parking lot for?? We did not have any option but to walk away as well, without renting a vehicle. I am so much surprise to see the this place is managed like this, by the Manager. Very unprofessional. Do not have any respect for the time we waited, and no apology for the damaged vehicle they wanted to rent us. They should not be renthing that vehicle to No one without fixing that issue. Buyers beware before renting at this location, check the vehicle thoroughly.
