      image What is the point of making an online appointment? I get to the branch at my appointed time and the staff member assigned to meet with me wasn't even working that day. The one staff member who was able to facilitate meetings already had a line of people waiting who were walk-ins. I waited for over 30 minutes and then decided to leave.

      image Santander Bank closes accounts with out letting you know before they are going to or even after they close it, be careful. I do not do overdrafts on my account so it was not from being negative either.
