Promised to landscape and install drainage near bulkhead but almost buried bulkhead, ruined sprinklers, used rocky fill dirt instead of loam, no lawn. Cost seller an extra $3K and a month of time.

Opened an account was given a date for pick up. They changed the date but I never got a call. I called in they said they tried calling they had my business number and my cell. Irresponsible company.

Scheduled a service and was told a five hour time window but was also told would be given a call an hour before the technician arrived so I didn't stay at the house...the morning of the service- my cell phone died and called Soucy first thing to give a back up cell number....went about my day and realized that no call had been made....called Soucy and was told that the tech had called the phone that was not working- so I was not home.. and when he arrived at the house- he couldn't locate septic cover (although I had put in a stake and a small tarp where the cover was)...so began to randomly did holes in my yard!!.....when I called to complain- the CSR was rude and unhelpful and refuse send anyone out to look at damage or come to talk to me....really bad experience...would not recommend to anyone
