Barry Cohoon and Richard Hart were both meticulous in the details of organizing and monitoring the market trends on interest rates as we went through the refinance process this spring and throughout the pandemic. Today we closed at 2% lower than our original interest rate and lowered our monthly payment significantly! Strong recommendation to let them assist in your mortgage or refinance.
