I want to thanks Norfolk kitchen and bath for they wonderful job. Thank you Julie Blake for the terrific job. She help us to decide and give us a good idea about the island, the counter top and the sink. Thank you to the install team Lee and Tyler who install my beautiful island. They did a very good job.
I would recommend Norfolk kitchen and bath to anyone.

Shayna worked with me in the design and initial phases. She was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with all decisions throughout process, even coming out to my house and taping out exact measurements of new cabinets to help visualize! Lee and Tyler helped with install and were also very professional, personal, and good at their job. They took the time to explain various things to me and paid great attention to detail. I am very happy with final product and the process in general. Would work with Norfolk again!!! I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but I am out of patience with Norfolk Kitchen and Bath. We purchased a home built two years ago from the original owner in August 2023. They gave us all information about cabinets, appliances, paint, etc. the cabinets came from Norfolk Kitchen and Bath in Salem and the person they worked with was Jeff Caldwell. Two weeks after moving in we realized that one of the upper end cabinet doors was visibly warped and made a loud noise when opening and closing.
We reached out to Jeff Caldwell for assistance in replacing this door. Initially he seemed helpful and said he knew the cabinet and color and would send a replacement to the Manchester store which was closer to us. He also agreed to send a touch up kit in the same gray color as some nicks existed on other cabinets. After 4 months of weekly calls we were finally able to pick up the door. When we got it home it was the wrong color. We are now 6 months out, and continuing to make weekly calls to Jeff. Jeff never returns our calls and we have received no help from anyone at either Salem or Manchester location.
This company clearly does not care about its products after they have been purchased and their customer service is horrible. We just want to replace a cabinet but Jeff will not return our calls or follow through on his promises. We are told he is busy with new installs and purchases which I am sure he will also not care about after the initial sale.
If you are looking for a reliable company that will provide post sale customer support please keep looking. This is not that company.
