I happened to be at a coffee shop at the same time as three employees from this company (who were all wearing company shirts). Two of those employees were openly refusing to wear masks despite a statewide mask mandate and a global pandemic (COVID-19). I privately let this company know, understanding that businesses are not in control of their off-campus employees, and they may want to know their company was being represented in this way. The company response was, "I'm sorry you feel that way." To me, this is just as bad as not responding. While I have never used their services, I would not hire a company that doesn't mind their employees openly violating laws and putting working-class employees at risk.

What the other woman in the other review witnessed, I just saw at Starbucks as well. I don’t understand people who cause trouble while representing their employer.
