I would give a higher rating, because to obtain loan was easy, but now that I have paid it off (4 months ago) I can't get my title back. I keep calling and they are not responsive. So now I am posting a 1 star review. Too bad. All they had to do was return my title.

Understanding people. Title loans are a pretty straightforward concept. You get your a loan for part of the value of your car and use your car for collateral. Companies have the right to move toward repossession in as little as a day after you’re late. It’s part of the risk of taking on a no credit check high interest loan. Nashua branch was understanding when I needed an extra few days or a week to pay. As a business in this industry they don’t necessarily have to be lenient at all so I appreciate that they were.
