Was referred to them by USAA. Their Estimator Jim was great, came to our house twice, answered all our questions, was very prompt in getting things submitted. We ultimately used a local contractor who was immediately available, but I can at least speak highly of their work during the process of putting together an estimate.

ServiceMaster Elite is a very corrupt company that colludes with exploitative insurance companies to prey on families who have recently suffered great floods and water disasters. If you are based in Boston or Cambridge, MA, I would highly recommend that you do not listen to the corrupt insurance agent who might unethically refer you to them. Rather, please call The Hamel Company (thehamelcompany.com) because they are not a predatory business, are extremely responsible, accountable, and do not try to overcharge you. Also, if you have the misfortune of working with ServiceMaster Elite, do report them to your local Better Business Bureau and refuse to sign any paperwork when you are facing a disaster, because your insurance company will not agree to pay for all their unnecessary site visits and overages, which will leave you on the hook for the payment. Not only did the insurance company refuse to pay their claim, their office manager Cheryl Pelletier harassed and sent rude emails to someone whose house was destroyed in a disaster. I hope this never happens to you, but if it does, please call The Hamel Company. Services: Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Sewage cleanup

I had the privilege of working with these guys out in the field after Hurricane Ida during September 2021. We provide demolition technicians to Restoration Contractors. As a subcontractor they gave me a hard time when it came to paying my invoices on time. I have now received payment for all of my invoices but each time it was past due. I don't want to bash these guys because they do have some great assets out in the field like Gary the sales manager, Dave, Kevin, Ketone, and Alex. Even in the office the new account manager is helpful. In my opinion this is an honest company but as with all companies sometimes there is miscommunication between departments. I guess this comes with the territory as a subcontractor. This Review is from Williams Restoration.
