Greg M. from Joyce Cooling & Heating showed up on time per our scheduled appointment. Greg & his assistant performed the annual maintenance on our air conditioner system. Greg also reset a couple of the lineset covers on the exterior lines as he inspected the exterior components. They were very professional & neat. While Greg was here we paid for the next year's maintenance membership. Later in the day, Kelsey from Joyce called to say that I was charged an incorrect amount. Greg was not aware of the specifics on my account and my check would be returned. This is what I call an honest business. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Joyce Cooling & Heating to anyone.

Joyce Cooling & Heating has been taking care of my heating and cooling systems for over 20 years. Always satisfied!
Tyler came and replaced a broken zone valve. He worked in a timely manner, replacing the valve and restoring heat to my bedroom.
