I highly recommend Dynamic Strength and Conditioning in Nashua.
This gym has exceeded my expectations. It is well worth the fee.
As a Citizen-Soldier in the ARMY Reserve, I was looking for a place to train that would help me with the new Combat Fitness Test. I had been working on my own for some time preparing and I thought I was making good progress, until I started at DSC.
The time I spent at DSC took my fitness to a new level. The attention from the coaches, challenging training, and the welcoming atmosphere provided me with what I needed to be successful with my recent fitness test.
The people that I train with have been supportive. There are a wide range of abilities represented at DSC and it is always a fun time working out here.
I have new goals now based on the performance that I demonstrated to myself, and my Reserve unit.
If you are looking to be part of a fitness community, I would encourage you to look at DSC. I can't say enough good things about my experience and how I continue to enjoy training here.

Dynamic Strength and Conditioning is such an amazing Gym! LET ME TELL YOU WHY
Myself ,Family and Friends have been working out here for some time and with each change it just gets better!!
We have met some amazing people of all ages and all levels of fitness, who are now like family!!! No one here has EVER made me feel uncomfortable in any part of my health and fitness journey! And let me just say Ive been like a yo-yo and not one person has treated or looked at me or have I seen them do to others in any way!!
They are located 25/30 minutes from my home in Massachusetts just over the boarder into Nashua NH and would travel even further to attend this amazing Gym/Family!!
I cant forget to mention how comfortable & fun the owner and coaches make the entire environment for everyone here!!!
Not only is this a local gym they are a family and community of amazing people from all walks of life!!
Holidays, Fundraising events, friends & family day.. you name it, There is always something special to celebrate with them that make working out here not like any other gym weve been to and would bet if you stop in, you will NOT be disappointed!
