The problem with this True Blue is simply that when Covid hit, they took all of my dry cleaning, and it was at least a couple hundred in clothing if not more, and they suddenly disappeared with it. I called and called and no return phone call. The store was cleared out like a stockbroker boiler room complete with the phone on floor, the criminals no where to be found. If you want to do business with honest self respecting business people, I suggest you look somewhere else, a place not filled with rip off artists completely lacking in any concern for right and wrong. Happy New Year!

Had a good experience until they dyed my dress. Had 1-2 conversations with them, sent in photos, the receipt for the replacement dress AND the actual dyed dress and then it was radio silence. I've called and left several voicemails and several emails with no response. Very disappointed. Changing to a new service.

Lost my very expensive winter coat. Not returning phone calls or emails. But were still happy to charge me for the order. Almost 3 weeks since they picked up the coat from my home and no response. Worst customer service ever. Do NOT use True Blue.
