I was a customer of Dead River for almost 15plus yers , last fall we decided to add a generator in our home . We called and asked if sale person can came over to see if we need additional tanks and where they would be installed, they answered that we need to wait 6 to 8 weeks before they can send someone out , we explain that we could not wait that long as we had a plumber scheduled so we told Dead River that we would not do business with them any more , we where told to disconnect the tang and leave near the house and they would send someone to pickup them up.No one came for over 8 plus days. We had over 1/2 tank , of gas so I asked and I was told when they will pick up the tank I would received the refund this was in September . In October I called to see how much I would get for refund I was told that they are working on my refund . I received-bill from Dead River in 1/20 24 explain I had credit $ 120.03 credit BUT I was charged $ 150.00 from them to pick up their tank ,which we were charged $99. ever year for rental fee.

I spoke with Karen at Dead River today to resolve an accounting issue today. She was patient and extremely helpful, following up with each step in helping me to get an account et up. Thank you Karen!
