I am very pleased with the maintenance for this complex. They go far above what is asked. James is awesome and very polite. Bobby is awesome as well. No complaints with this tenant

I lived at Greenview Village from about January 2023-Aug 2023 in a 2bd 2bath apartment & wanted to leave some pros & cons for anyone considering moving here.
Pros:
- laundry in every building !!
- amenities such as the pool, dog park & heat included was a huge plus.
- very nice nature/park like setting throughout the complex.
- a very nice place to live if you have a dog.
- quiet apartments, didnt hear much noise ever for the entire time I lived here.
- extremely spacious
- lots of storage space in the kitchen.
- you will be warm in the winter, the entire building is kept at a nice temp.
- nice neighbors in my experience.
- lots of parking spaces. (on the street & in the parking lots)
- easy access to the highway
- shopping + food nearby
- safe neighborhood, never felt threatened or unsafe.
- sliding glass doors.
Cons: ( mainly plumbing issues )
- the showers!!!!!!!! I had constant problems with my showers (both of them)
* the water pressure wasnt good.
* mold in one of my showers which was never resolved, even after we had reached out to management multiple times.
* constant drainage issues. the water just WOULD NOT DRAIN.
* weird smell from the showers. (personally Im not comfortable showering when the water smells off.)
- weird smell coming from under the kitchen sink, a few of our neighbors also had this issue.
- maintenance workers would enter our apartment when we werent home, when we had said multiple times that we would prefer that they dont do that.
-one of our bathrooms would randomly smell strongly of cigarettes despite being a smoke free building.
- leaving the complex itself at times could be challenging because its off of a busy street.
- not enough natural lighting.
- balconies are small, you really cant do much out there.
Overall Id say this was a decent place to live. My personal experience would have been better if maintenance resolved our issues. Would I move back here one day? Honestly I would if they renovated the apartments. (Which I know is a huge job, so I understand why they havent) I really dont believe they should be charging so much for outdated spaces. Yes the apartments are big but they are outdated with cheap floors in the kitchens / bathrooms. The backsplash in the kitchen could also use some updating. HOWEVER, that is my personal opinion, the place is really pet friendly and great for anyone with animals, especially dogs. Its a very walkable complex with lots of grass & trees. The amenities offered & location kind of make up for the fact that its outdated BUT its just not my cup of tea when I think of my ideal living space.
