-5 Star If I could I would do it. I have been their client for 3 years now. Gets worse every year. This time I am drawing the line. My station has been unable to sell half the product because they are too lazy to do their job. I have paid 3k so far and still no result. Tech come in spends a few hrs, calls a senior tech (waiting for them to respond, on my dime that is), call the VP of the company, waiting for their response.... 7 hrs later and still unable to pump gas. Ask them to send the person who did the original install as he seemed like a bright bulb and it was up and running for a day... now to no knowledge of mine they had ordered a part to be installed, once they receive it. I was only informed of this once I got back in touch with the senior tech when the pumps went down again... This was about 10 days ago. My ebay stuff from China makes it here faster... Still no communication from them regarding this issue.
Wanted to talk to a person named Jeremey (in charge of billing I think). Left 3 messages on 3 different days with no response what so ever. The operator, Victor, try telling him that you left a few messages..."I'll get you his voicemail - this is what I can do for you" in the rudest tone.
If you are reading this Mr. Owner, please explain how a Gas Station is suppose to stay operational if they are unable to sell Gas for 3 weeks???
I will close my station down before I call them for service again.
