I have been using Full Charge Business Solutions for the past 2 years. I had issues with a tax filing that needed to be amended as well as another year of back logged expenses. Michelle was patient with me while educating me. After she completed the tasks in a timely manner I decided to hire her as my monthly bookkeeper. Since then she has helped me become more organized. I would recommend them for their personal touch that they leave on their customers.

Our boutique law firm outside of Boston MA hired Full Charge to help complete a botched migration from QBD2015 to QBO, and help us to recover from the mess the other contractor we hired had made of the migration. Michelle and Shawn were courteous and knowledgeable, and took our project as seriously as if it were their own money.
They took on a huge project with us - and found so many things that helped with efficiency and overall bookkeeping health. We loved them so much we hired them to do our recs and audits on a monthly basis. Michelle is a great teacher if you are willing to listen to her and apply your learned skills. The value for the this service is amazing - and they are so thorough and concise - you want someone handling your books who is straight to the point. I would give them 1,000 stars if I could!!
