Totally unhelpful. It is impossible to call ahead and speak to a live human being to ask questions. Then, when I went there in person, they couldn't help resolve my issue. When I asked if they would give me the local phone number so I could call back to ask a human person for more information once I had more details about my situation, they refused citing company policy. Staff was unsympathetic and not interested in resolving the issue. I ended up going to the post office instead to send out my package overnight. USPS said they would refund me my $ if it didn't arrive overnight.

Not gonna lie, I want to like them. But literally every package gets put on a truck, then ends up back at the facility and delayed. It's a very consistent trend that nothing is on time. So if it's important, chose something else. Delayed on a Friday after "out for delivery" and now Monday is the expected date.
