Poor customer service. Tried calling for service and after 4 days I finally was able to get a text back, not a call. Said they could come out on the date requested asked what time and did not get an answer. Thankful I took my business else where. Do not recommend them.

I texted Gill this morning to inquire about his availability to help with hoses leaking on a clothes washer and a dishwasher that was falling forward. He texted right back, said he could come out between 5-7pm tonight and arrived at 5:20 pm, after a courtesy text that he was on his way. This afternoon the dishwasher stopped working, I texted Gill, and it was no issue for him to add on this problem. I was impressed with the efficiency and effectiveness of his work. I was very impressed that he actually responded to my inquiry, as other companies did not have the courtesy to respond. The washing machine was brand new and the company from which I bought it was not going to help me out until later this week. In addition to the repair service, Gill gave me a incredible amount of information on the care of my appliances. I am so impressed with Gill's service and his concern for reducing problems with my appliances. He will be my go to person for any appliance issues. I am a real procrastinator and the fact that I am posting this within hours of Gill leaving attests to how pleased I was with his service.

Don’t bother with this guy, No Called-No Showed three times. This is after he texted me each day saying he was on his way.

In mid October we called Gill's to repair our dryer. After spending $300 in repairs, the dryer is actually in worse shape than before Gill looked at it. In addition to the squealing sound that was the initial problem, there is now a banging sound that wasn't there before - as if he didn't secure things when he put the dryer back together after "repairing" it.
My wife and I have been trying for two weeks to get a return call or text from this company, but he will not return calls or texts, which seems to be his standard practice based on some of his online reviews.
Unfortunately, since he will take only check or cash for payment, there is not much recourse available. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, as well as filing in small claims court against the business. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT use this business!
