In all my 25 years of having insurance, United has got to be the absolute worst!
They agreed to cover a certain medication and after 3 months they finally paid for it to be filled just to deny the increase in dosage the following month even after receiving all the necessary paperwork so after another 3 months I realized I was fighting a losing battle. They gave me a list of similar medications that they covered. I opted for one that was a two part. Youll never believe that I received the first part but not the second so still no full medication 7 months later! Thank God its not something I need to live!
