We are a primary care doctor's office that invests in relationships to help them live happier and healthier. At Dartmouth Health Connect, our care team works together to treat the whole person. Each patient gets a team dedicated to their care, including a physician or nurse practitioner, Health Coach, Team Nurse, Behavioral Health Specialist, as needed, Clinical Team Manager, and an Operations Assistant. Together the team spends more time with patients, listens to them, and respects and addresses their questions, concerns and goals.

Had great doctors, great health coaches, and great care for many years. Then it started being run by people who are not interested in care for people with health issues. The worst thing is right now they have not sent on needed medical information to my new doctor. This place appears only to be about getting money from healthy people not helping people who may have health problems

went here for a number of years...after struggling to find a great PCP after the one I had left years ago and the place I was at was taking there sweet time getting me a new one...once I got established here was great loved working with everyone here my Drs were awesome....but once they both left and I found out certain things when they were bought out...it didn't fly with me...so I decided to switch Drs ...just needed someone I could talk to and can handle everything that is going on with me ..this place is a great asset for the staff that work on campus just with thry kept things how they were

Was initially very happy 1.5 years ago as we were using this practice for an elderly family member. However, getting a simple letter has now become a bureaucratic mess despite two phone calls and sending the requested email. Call number 2 was told there was no record of our conversation and that vaccination records had not been updated. After 1.5 hrs was finally able to get someone in charge directly from the practice. They were able to resolve our problem and it sounds as if the transition is not going well on their end either. Hopefully things will improve over time.

We have been patients for 5 years and would have given 5 stars 6 months ago. Amazon bought this place in February, all doctors are gone. They are offering nothing but want to charge a $200 annual membership fee. This is supposed to be medicine, not a country club. We are looking elsewhere.

Finding out that Amazon now owns our doctors office is horrifying. No doctor, all mechanized. Sounds horrible. Really sad to see this impersonal approach to health care hitting our community. Need to assess what to do next. Who would trust Bezos with our medical care?
