      image My husband and I have done our taxes here three years in a row, so automatically youd think my appointment would go quick and smooth. Sat down for our appointment at 1 and didnt walk out until 2:45, when their website lists the appointment takes 60 minutes. If you have employees doing tax returns they should know how to do every bit of the tax return. Thank God Tracey was there to help otherwise I fear we wouldve been there much longer and it wouldnt have been done correctly. I try to be understanding but its hard when you get child care for an appointment and pay Jackson Hewitt over $400 just for their employees to not know what theyre doing. Wont be back.
